Our information is available as directories, mailing lists, CDs and online.

The UK franchise is owned by Reed Business Information Ltd and is endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and the Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professionals. We are also a member of the Direct Marketing Association.

Data acquisition, enhancement and maintenance

We employ a team of data integrity professionals who manage the data collection and update process.

A comprehensive process is used to verify existing information, acquire additional information about the company, its activities and its executives and assign them to one or more of the 57,000 terms contained in the Kompass classification system.

Additional, enhanced data is appended each month to matched company records sourced via authoritative third parties.

Businesses can also add or amend their company and contact information via an online form that can be submitted at any time. This information is verified by our Data Integrity department before being uploaded to the live database.

All information is given voluntarily. Therefore, some data may be older than 24 months, although every effort is made to keep data integrity within this period.
